Once you have made a donation to Kids Wish Network we will honor requests for refunds upon written request within 90 days of the transaction. Kids Wish Network is under no obligation to give a refund for any change of heart or errors made on your part, but we will endeavor to ensure that any genuine errors (such as amount donated) are rectified. The request must have the details of the initial donation including date, amount, name of the donor or purchaser, the receipt number and the nature of the error.
Should the refund be approved, Kids Wish Network reserves the right to deduct any bank or transaction charges for any refund processed onto the donor. Any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid. A new receipt will be issued where applicable.
Of course, should an error be made by Kids Wish Network or its financial institutions, full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error for the original amount.
